Shipping Policy

TradeShowPlus is event-date-driven. We institute quality and production controls to ensure orders are produced and shipped on time. Unfortunately, we have no control over delivery of orders once they leave the production facilities. Once an order is picked up, the responsibility for timely delivery falls on the carrier.

Preferred Carriers
TradeShowPlus uses FEDEX and UPS for all non-palletized order shipments. A street address is required on all product shipments; we cannot deliver orders to P.O. boxes.

Free Shipping Offer
TradeShowPlus offers a free shipping option for some products sold online. Free shipping is only offered for orders shipping within the continental United States. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, or USVI. Products that qualify for free shipping will ship UPS Bulk Ground service. Large quantity free shipping qualified products will ship motor freight using the carrier of choice by TradeShowPlus.

International Shipments
TradeShowPlus ships within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses. Country imposed duties and taxes are not included in any shipping charges and are the customers responsibility. Customers wanting to ship to Canada should use a Customs House Broker to handle their shipment. TradeShowPlus will not be responsible for any forms required by Canada other than basic UPS requirements.

One Choice Product Line
One Choice is a discount product line that has some ordering limitations: Free bulk shipping applies to a single "ship to" address within the contiguous 48 United States. No in-store pickup is available. No customer supplied shipping labels or carrier accounts can be used. Ship method cannot be changed the same day orders ship. Products will ship separately from all other products ordered. Prices, finishing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

Shipping Damages
Product damage that occurs during shipping is a ‘non-warranty issue’ and claims must be reported to our customer service department within three business days after receiving their order. Carriers will not settle damage claims initiated after this period. Customers that delay damage reporting will forfeit their right to place a shipping damage claim. When submitting a shipping damage claim, we will require digital photos to document the damage to the shipping container or product. Please be sure to sign for packages as “damaged”. Carriers reserve the right to inspect damages prior to settling a claim. All returns require an RMA number which will be assigned along with the proper return shipping address. Upon authorization to return the damaged product, all returns must be delivered to the assigned delivery address within fourteen days.

Any errors occurred during the shipping/freight process that shipped under the TradeShowPlus prepaid freight service will be guaranteed and covered should the shipper lose, damage or delay a product outside their guaranteed delivery time. TradeShowPlus will process the claim information and replace the affected product. For orders shipped using a customer’s shipper number or a third-party shipper number, the customer will be responsible for replacing the affected product and following through with the claim through their shipping/freight company. All claim correspondence will be between the customer and the shipping/freight company.

TradeShowPlus reserves the right to request documentation in the forms of photos, copies of packing slips and the like to ensure the issue is resolved promptly. “Standard questions” may also be asked in order to provide accurate and timely customer service. Failure to provide the necessary information requested by a TradeShowPlus representative may delay the claim process. An RMA/Case number may be issued depending on the warranty/claim. This number must be used regarding all correspondence with the issue and adhered to any packaging sent to TradeShowPlus for assessment. Failure to adhere RMA/Case information to a package will delay the claim/warranty process.

Return Policy

TradeShowPlus is a retailer of custom manufactured products that are unique to the specific needs of our customers. For this reason, custom manufactured products are not returnable unless there was an error in manufacturing.

TradeShowPlus will not be held responsible for missed event dates for any reason. Please order well ahead of your event. Unpack, assemble and check your order in advance of your event. TradeShow Plus will not accept the following:

  • Not accept returns of custom manufactured hardware.
  • Not accept returns on custom imprinted graphics.
  • Not accept return of product that has been used.

Product Issues
At TradeShowPlus, we strive to provide the highest quality custom imprinted trade show displays and graphics. If you encounter any issues with your order, including defects, errors, or discrepancies, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. After this 72-hour period, we will not be able to accept returns or offer refunds for any order issues.

To report an issue, please contact our customer service team at support@tradeshowplus.com with detailed information, including order number, photographs of the issue (if applicable), and a description of the problem. Our team will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Unwanted Returns

Should you need to return a product for any reason other than a warranty matter, TradeShowPlus reserves the right to carry out a full inspection of the product before accepting the return. All returns of this nature must be noted to a TradeShowPlus representative 72 hours after receipt of the product and will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Customers returning items will not receive a refund on original outgoing shipment costs. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Product should be returned complete with its original packaging. TradeShowPlus will not accept the return of a used or custom manufactured product.

Return Authorization
Customers who wish to return an item must obtain a return authorization prior to shipping the item back. The authorization will include a case number and shipping address for the return. TradeShowPlus will carry out a full inspection of the returns before deciding whether to accept the return and issue a refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation
Order cancellations must be made in writing with acceptance of the cancellation confirmed by the TradeShowPlus customer service department. Cancellation of a production order that TradeShowPlus has produced, partially produced, or ordered raw materials for, may result in TradeShowPlus charging the customer for materials and labor costs if the order has entered production. TradeShowPlus reserves the right to charge the full price of the order if it is cancelled any time after the order has entered production. All cancelled orders are subject to administrative fees and credit card processing fees being deducted from the customer’s refund. All cancelled orders are subject to a minimum $50.00 cancellation fee.

Warranty Policy

TradeShowPlus and its manufacturers stand by their products 100%. We are quick to help solve any issues with our products and are willing to go the extra mile for our customers. If you are having an issue with one of our products, purchased directly from us, please contact our customer service team for fastest service. Warranty issues for items purchased through outside distributors need to go through the distributor that sold you the product.

Graphics Warranty
TradeShowPlus graphics produced for indoor applications hold a one year warranty, except for table throw products which carry a six month warranty. All graphics produced for outdoor applications hold a six month warranty.

Standard Warranty
Product believed to be a manufacturing defect will be repaired and/or replaced upon inspection of the issue. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to us for inspection. At the discretion of TradeShowPlus, if the issue is deemed a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired and/or replaced and returned to the customer at no cost using standard ground shipping during the first year of the warranty period. For products with a warranty period over 1 year, the customer is responsible for the inbound shipping costs as well as the outbound shipping costs after the first year. Free replacement products cannot be sent until an assessment of the supposed defective product has been made. At the discretion of TradeShowPlus, if the received product is deemed not to be a manufacturing defect, the customer will be notified, and the product may be repaired and/or replaced at the customer’s cost. All shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

TradeShowPlus reserves the right to change prices or product designs as well as discontinue a product at any time without notice. If a product is deemed as defective and has been discontinued; an exchange to an equivalent product will be offered or an upgrade to a premium product, at the discretion of TradeShowPlus, will be available with the customer responsible for the difference in cost.

Hardware Warranty
Hardware warranties vary from product to product. Specific product warranty information is located on each product page on our website. Below is a list of warranties offered by TradeShowPlus:

  • 6 Month Graphic Warranty: Outdoor graphics and table coverings
  • 1 Year Graphic Warranty: Indoor graphics
  • 90 Day Hardware Warranty: Product specific
  • 1 Year Hardware Warranty: Product specific
  • 5 Year Hardware Warranty: Product specific
  • Lifetime Hardware Warranty: Product specific

Warranty Exclusions
TradeShowPlus Inc Warranty Policy does not apply to any costs, repair or replacement of the product for the following exceptions but not limited to:

  • Non-specific usage causing damage to the product.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage from abuse, misuse, alterations, improper installation, shipping damages.
  • Natural disasters, including but not limited to fire, earthquakes, smoke, lightning, floods and explosions.
  • Failure to take timely action to minimize loss or damage.
  • Failure to give timely notice of defect.
  • Unauthorized product modification.
  • Failure caused by electric power fluctuations or failure.
  • Failure caused by repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by TradeShowPlus.
  • Failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
  • Damage from external connectors or cables.

Warranty does not cover any product where the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed or there is cosmetic damage by the purchaser such as markings, discoloration, scratches, dents, anti-theft devices markings, gouges or any other defacement.

Payment Policy

TradeShowPlus takes internet security seriously. TradeShowPlus will not fully charge a customer's online order until a security check has been performed and our customer service team fully reviewed the customer’s order. We charge orders after art proofs have been approved and the order is ready to enter production.

Credit Card Authorization
Orders placed on our website using credit cards are authorized at the time of order placement. An authorization is a funds hold placed on a customer credit card. Once the order is reviewed the processing of the credit card will depend on the following:

  • STOCK ORDERS: Orders for in-stock items, not requiring production time, will be reviewed and fully charged once stock is confirmed and the order is ready to be released to the warehouse for packaging and shipment.
  • CUSTOM ORDERS: Orders for non-stock manufactured hardware and custom imprinted graphics will remain on authorized status and not be fully charged until the order is ready to enter production.

Order Additions & Subtractions
If the customer decides to subtract products or services from their online order TradeShowPlus will credit the original credit card used for the order. If the customer adds products or services to their online order TradeShowPlus will charge the original credit card use for the order unless directed otherwise by the customer. Order additions will show up as a separate charge on the customer’s credit card statement. All order changes must be made in writing by the customer to our customer service department.

IMPORTANT: Please place your order after your art files are complete and ready for printing. Credit card companies have strict rules governing how long we can hold a credit card authorization before fully charging your credit card. Customers who delay providing correct artwork, proof approvals, or any other order delays, may have to provide their credit card information again. While inconvenient, credit card rules are controlled by the banking system and are out of our control.

Privacy Policy

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to tradeshowplus.com, and TradeShowPlus Inc. and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to TradeShowPlus Inc. include tradeshowplus.com and TradeShowPlus. The TradeShowPlus website is an ecommerce site. Terms of Service

Welcome to TradeShowPlus.com. The TradeShowPlus.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by TRADESHOWPLUS INC. (“TradeShowPlus”). TradeShowPlus.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of TradeShowPlus.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Production Time
TradeShowPlus cannot control when a customer places an order or when they will provide correct artwork for printing. For this reason, posted production times are based on when an order is approved for printing by the customer not when the order is placed.

Electronic Proofs
Once an order is placed and artwork uploaded, the customer will receive an emailed e-proof within 24 business hours. Production time starts the next business day after art approval. All custom graphic orders will receive an e-proof that must be approved prior to production.

E-Proofs are designed for the customer to verify graphic placement and check for spelling mistakes. TradeShowPlus does not spell check art files. E-Proofs cannot be used to judge color output, resolution, or printing of special graphic effects. To properly approve color, resolution, and printing of special effects the customer must order printed hard proofs.

Hard Proofs
Hard proofs are prints of the customers art files using the same printer and material as the product being ordered. A set of hard proofs generally includes a miniature print of the graphic file and a full-size print of a 11x17 section of the art file that the customer wants to see at full size. Hard proof cost is $100.00 per proof set, per art file. Hard proof cost includes overnight shipping to the customer for review. Cost will be higher for international orders and for special hard proof requests.

While ordering hard proofs does add to product cost and production time, it is the only way to ensure that color and output of special effects will be acceptable to the customer. Customers who decide not to order hard proofs, for any reason, will not be able to return or have graphics reprinted due to print issues that hard proofs would have revealed.

Time Critical Orders
Customers with critical in-hand dates should indicate the delivery date when placing their order. If additional charges are required to meet the customers delivery date, customer service will notify the customer prior to making any changes to their order. No order changes will be made without the express written permission of the client.

Warranty Policy

Return Policy
TradeShowPlus is a retailer of custom manufactured products that are unique to the specific needs of our customers. For this reason, custom manufactured products are not returnable unless there was an error in manufacturing. TradeShowPlus will not be held responsible for missed event dates for any reason. Please order well ahead of your event. Unpack, assemble and check your order in advance of your event. We strictly enforce our return policy below.

  • Will not accept returns of custom manufactured hardware.
  • Will not accept returns on custom imprinted graphics.
  • Will not accept return of product that has been used.

Product Issues
At TradeShowPlus, we strive to provide the highest quality custom imprinted trade show displays and graphics. If you encounter any issues with your order, including defects, errors, or discrepancies, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. After this 72-hour period, we will not be able to accept returns or offer refunds for any order issues.

To report an issue, please contact our customer service team at support@tradeshowplus.com with detailed information, including order number, photographs of the issue (if applicable), and a description of the problem. Our team will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Unwanted Returns
Should you need to return a product for any reason other than a warranty matter, TradeShowPlus reserves the right to carry out a full inspection of the product before accepting the return. All returns of this nature must be noted to a TradeShowPlus representative 72 hours after receipt of the product and will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Customers returning items will not receive a refund on original outgoing shipment costs. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Product should be returned complete with its original packaging. TradeShowPlus will not accept the return of a used or custom manufactured product.

Return Authorization
Customers who wish to return an item must obtain a return authorization prior to shipping the item back. The authorization will include a case number and shipping address for the return. TradeShowPlus will carry out a full inspection of the returns before deciding whether to accept the return and issue a refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation
Order cancellations must be made in writing with acceptance of the cancellation confirmed by the TradeShowPlus customer service department. Cancellation of a production order that TradeShowPlus has produced, partially produced, or ordered raw materials for, may result in TradeShowPlus charging the customer for materials and labor costs if the order has entered production. TradeShowPlus reserves the right to charge the full price of the order if it is cancelled any time after the order has entered production. All cancelled orders are subject to administrative fees and credit card processing fees being deducted from the customer’s refund. All cancelled orders are subject to a minimum $50.00 cancellation fee.

Credit Card Policy
Orders placed on our website using credit cards are authorized at the time of order placement. An authorization is a funds hold placed on a customer credit card. Once the order is reviewed the processing of the credit card will depend on the following:

STOCK ORDERS: Orders for in-stock items, not requiring production time, will be reviewed and fully charged once stock is confirmed and the order is ready to be released to the warehouse for packaging and shipment.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Orders for non-stock manufactured hardware and custom imprinted graphics will remain on authorized status and not be fully charged until the order is ready to enter production.

IMPORTANT: Place your order after your art files are complete and ready for printing. Credit card companies have strict rules governing how long we can hold an authorization before fully charging the credit card. Customers who delay providing correct artwork, proof approval, or any other order delay, will have to provide their credit card information again. While inconvenient, our credit card policies are controlled by the banking system and are out of the control of TradeShowPlus.

Order Changes
If the customer decides to subtract products or services from their online order TradeShowPlus will credit the original credit card used for the order. If the customer adds products or services to their online order TradeShowPlus will charge the original credit card use for the order unless directed otherwise by the customer. Order additions will show up as a separate charge on the customer’s credit card statement. All order changes must be made in writing by the customer to our customer service department.

TradeShowPlus is a retail trade show display and custom graphics supplier to individuals and businesses within the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Privacy
Your use of TradeShowPlus.com is subject to TradeShowPlus Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Electronic Communications
Visiting TradeShowPlus.com or sending emails to TradeShowPlus constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that TradeShowPlus is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. TradeShowPlus and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

Children Under Thirteen
TradeShowPlus does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use TradeShowPlus.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.

TradeShowPlus.com may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of TradeShowPlus and TradeShowPlus is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. TradeShowPlus is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by TradeShowPlus of the site or any association with its operators. 

Certain services made available via TradeShowPlus.com are delivered by third party sites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the TradeShowPlus.com domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that TradeShowPlus may share such information and data with any third party with whom TradeShowPlus has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service, or functionality on behalf of TradeShowPlus.com users and customers.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use / Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use TradeShowPlus.com strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to TradeShowPlus that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site.

All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of TradeShowPlus or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.

You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site. TradeShowPlus content is not for resale. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of TradeShowPlus and the copyright owner. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. We do not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of TradeShowPlus or our licensors except as expressly authorized by these Terms.

Use of Communication Services
The Site may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, “Communication Services”). You agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the Communication Service.

By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not: defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others; publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information; upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents; upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer; advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such Communication Service specifically allows such messages; conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters; download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner; falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded; restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services; violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service; harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent; violate any applicable laws or regulations.

TradeShowPlus has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, TradeShowPlus reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. TradeShowPlus reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

TradeShowPlus always reserves the right to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, at TradeShowPlus sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. TradeShowPlus does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, TradeShowPlus specifically disclaims any liability regarding the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Managers and hosts are not authorized TradeShowPlus spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of TradeShowPlus.

Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you upload the materials.

Materials Provided to TradeShowPlus.com or Posted on Any TradeShowPlus Web Page
TradeShowPlus does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to TradeShowPlus.com (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any TradeShowPlus Site or our associated services (collectively “Submissions”). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you are granting TradeShowPlus, our affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission.

No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. TradeShowPlus is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may remove any Submission at any time at TradeShowPlus sole discretion.

By posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.

Third Party Accounts
You will be able to connect your TradeShowPlus account to third party accounts. By connecting your TradeShowPlus account to your third-party account, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about you to others (in accordance with your privacy settings on those third-party sites). If you do not want information about you to be shared in this manner, do not use this feature.

International Users
The Service is controlled, operated, and administered by TradeShowPlus from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the TradeShowPlus Content accessed through TradeShowPlus.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions, or regulations.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradeShowPlus, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. TradeShowPlus reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with TradeShowPlus in asserting any available defenses.

Arbitration
In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator’s award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. If any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims regarding these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.

Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and TradeShowPlus agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Liability Disclaimer
THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. TRADESHOWPLUS INC. AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME.

TRADESHOWPLUS INC. AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRADESHOWPLUS INC. AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF TRADESHOWPLUS INC. BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Termination / Access Restriction
TradeShowPlus reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Nevada in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and TradeShowPlus because of this agreement or use of the Site. TradeShowPlus performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of TradeShowPlus right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by TradeShowPlus with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and TradeShowPlus with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the user and TradeShowPlus with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

Changes to Terms
TradeShowPlus reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which TradeShowPlus.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. TradeShowPlus encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
