Product production times are listed on each product page on our website. However, production is only a small part of the overall process. In fact, about half of the production timeline depends on the customer. This includes designing graphic files using our graphic templates, placing the order, and uploading your artwork. But that’s not all—you’ll also need to review and approve the art proof created by our graphic team after receiving your files. Only after your approval will your order enter production. Once produced, your order will ship and be delivered to you.
TradeShowPlus cannot control when customers place their orders or provide the correct graphic files for printing. Therefore, the posted production times are based on when the customer approves the graphic proofs, not when the order is initially placed. Production begins the next business day after the proof approval is received.
