Electronic Proof

1. Agree that all text is spelled correctly and free reprints will not be authorized if errors are found after approval.
2. Agree all images are correctly placed and are at acceptable resolution.
3. All colors are correct and acknowledge reprints will not be authorized without approving a printed color proof prior to production.

Please be aware that color variations may occur between what you see on your screen, print from your personal printer, or expect based on previous print jobs. Different devices, including monitors and printers, are calibrated differently, so there is no guarantee that colors will match exactly.

Due to the limitations of large-format CMYK printing, we cannot ensure an exact match to PMS colors. We strive to achieve industry-standard "pleasing color" on all prints. If precise color matching is crucial for your project, we strongly recommend contacting our graphics department to request a printed color proof before proceeding with the full print run. While it will add to production time and cost it is the only way to guarantee color output will be acceptable.
