By approving this e proof, the client confirms the submitted artwork is final, print ready, and approved for production.

The client confirms all text is accurate and spelled correctly. Reprints will not be authorized for spelling, grammar, phone numbers, URLs, dates, or other content errors discovered after approval.

The client understands that print quality is dependent on the files provided. Low resolution images, pixelation, blurry graphics, or poor image quality are caused by insufficient resolution in the client supplied files and are not considered printer defects. Reprints will not be authorized for resolution issues present in the approved files.

The client acknowledges that color may vary between monitors, personal printers, previous print runs, and final production output. Differences in calibration, lighting, materials, and large format CMYK production can cause visible variation. Exact color matching is not guaranteed without a printed hard copy proof approved prior to production. Pantone Solid Coated callouts must be included in client supplied print files for any requested Pantone matching. Reprints will not be authorized for color differences when a hard copy proof was not approved prior to production.

The client confirms their designer followed TradeShowPlus graphic guidelines and used the correct product specific templates, including proper sizing, bleed, safe area, panel breaks, and any required trim lines. Reprints will not be authorized for issues caused by incorrect templates, missing bleed, incorrect dimensions, incorrect panel layout, or other file setup errors present in the approved files.

Approval authorizes TradeShowPlus to proceed with production using the files provided. Any changes requested after approval may require additional charges and may impact production and delivery schedules.
